We thought you would like to know what to expect when visiting our church.

As we arrive at church, we take time to visit with one another.
At 10:30, we begin our worship service.

We do have a structured and orderly service. We believe that in accordance with 1 Corinthians 14:33-40, an orderly service prevents unnecessary confusion and averts any questionable situations.

Speaking of order; Since we are a family-integrated church, there will be some noise (some of it being a joyful noise) in the service due to the little ones being in attendance with their families. We do not see this as a distraction but as an opportunity to train our children.

We begin with any announcements that need to be made. Then in order to prepare our hearts in an attitude of worship, we move onto a prayer for the Lord to guide our time together, asking for discernment and guidance.

After the prayer, one of the men in our congregation will read a passage of scripture..
We then follow the scripture reading with the singing of hymns.

Just before the message, we again have one of the men stand to read the passage of scripture that is going to be exposited in the message.

After the teaching of the Word, we share the Lord's Supper, preceded with an exhortation and a time of reflection.

We then have a time of corporate prayer where the men of the congregation may pray as led.

We then conclude the service with a closing song, listen to a closing scripture and a final prayer.

Following the service, we enjoy a fellowship lunch.

On some Sunday afternoons we have planned activities and on others we just enjoy fellowship with one another.
